Kowloon Walled City

I bumped into a blog yesterday. Adiospunk at blogspot. Uh i hate this punk thingk. But thar he is rather cool, and his recent blog post has something that attract me to read. Pardon me i never knew bout this building before -__-

It is about Kowloon Walled City, was in HK until 1993. The world of cyber punk and some little bit of gothic urban a.l.w.a.yz make some impress in my mind. Creative, sophisticated?, and futuristic? oh my.. someone should punch my head in da face and smack me down into the ground.

The city is a highly damped population for 50,000 people, built without any architectural plan. Houses were built on top of the other house (or you would rather call it room) and the most topped was the 14th level room. Inside those cramped place, it has its own community story and living condition that I am malas nak type because i sangat2 malaz. Zzz. keke

And of course I'm just talking bout the architectural idea here.


This reminds me when I read "Blame!" a manga by Tsutomu Nihei not long time ago.
